InstituteQ is pleased to welcome all Quantum Doctoral Program Pilot (QDOC) students, PIs and anyone working in quantum science and technology to QDOC’s official kickoff event. The purpose of this two-day event is to bring together attendees into one location to share research topics, exchange ideas during networking and poster sessions, and hear from quantum industry representatives.

Instructions for arrival
IMPORTANT: Name tag collection (first name alphabetical order) and Poster installation takes place at 13:15-14:00. Please install your posters on any available poster board with provided pins.
For those arriving to Helsinki and utilizing metro, you can find walking direction below. Please download the HSL app and buy an AB zone ticket (3,20 €) for reaching Aalto University Metro station. Find details on zone tickets and the app here.
Please note that Otakaari street is under construction and the walking path might deviate from time to time.
